1. Nature of the service

An AIVISIBLE analysis shows how selected AI models answered defined questions at the time of the query. It is a snapshot. It does not assess the quality of your business or your products, and it is not legal, tax or business advice.

2. How AI answers come about

AI models do not answer consistently. Their answers depend, among other things, on the time of the query, the model version, the language and wording of the question, and the market. We query the models via their technical interfaces. The providers' apps, such as ChatGPT, may additionally take web search, location, history and personal settings into account. What individual users see there may therefore differ from the results in the report. Repeated queries may produce different results.

3. No guarantee of success

We do not guarantee that your business will be mentioned by AI models in future, nor any particular position in their answers. Nor do we guarantee that you will receive more enquiries, customers or revenue, or that a recommended measure will take effect within a given time. The models are operated by third parties and are not influenced by us.

4. Third-party models

The models tested belong to their respective providers. AIVISIBLE is neither affiliated with these providers nor commissioned or endorsed by them. Brand names are mentioned solely to identify the models and belong to their owners. If a model is changed, restricted or discontinued, we use a comparable model and note this in the report.

5. Content of AI answers

The report reproduces and evaluates the models' answers. These answers may be incorrect, outdated or incomplete. AIVISIBLE accepts no responsibility for their content and does not adopt as its own any statements made by the models about you, competitors or third parties.

6. Competitor comparison

Competitors named in the report are taken from the models' answers or from the information you provide. Their mention does not constitute an assessment by AIVISIBLE.

7. Your information

The evaluation is based on the information you provide to us, such as your website, market and facts about your business. You are responsible for its accuracy and completeness.

8. Recommendations and drafts

The action plan, LLM file and drafts of structured data (JSON-LD) are suggestions. Please review this content before publication. You are solely responsible for implementation, accuracy of content and legal permissibility, for example under competition, trade mark or data protection law. How search engines and AI systems process this content is decided solely by their operators.

9. Languages

Questions in other languages may be machine-translated. Subtle differences in meaning and tone between languages are possible. The report is issued in German or English.

10. Liability

Our offer is directed at businesses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or decisions made on the basis of the report. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the analysis concerned. This does not affect liability for intent and gross negligence (Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 100 CO) or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
